Special Free Trial Campaign!

3-month rental discount for Polka Dots products
(A 1-month free trial + 2-month rental discount)

You gain free use of Polka Dots products for 1 month. We will interview you (and take photos) about your impressions and experiences. The interview contents (including photos) will be posted on our website, in community newsletters (free newspapers), SNSs, etc. with your name and the name of the property you live in.
After the 1-month free trial, you will receive a 2-month rental discount from the contract date.

Special Water Purifier Upgrade Campaign!

A 100-Baht discount on the monthly rental fee for the high-performance water purifier ROB-500G throughout the contract period.
Customers who currently have a contract with Polka Dots for the RO-50G water purifier will be able to rent the high-performance water purifier ROB-500G with a 100-Baht discount on the monthly rental fee.

All initial costs are free with Polka Dots!

From contract to cancellation, there are no charges other than the rental fee.
A staff member who can speak English will explain the product when you sign your contract and also contact you to notify you of filter replacement. The staff that come to your home for filter replacement are generally a team of two, one of whom can speak English. If you have any questions, you will be able to ask them in English.
We will visit you regularly to change the filter, check the product and water, and collect payment. (ROB-500G every 4 months, RO-SE 500G and ROA-600G every 6 months)
For products such as ROB-500G, RO-SE 500G, ROA-600G, and 3MA, you may also change the filter yourself and pay by bank transfer.
Rental customers are entitled to 100% compensation by our company for any damage to the rented product, the customer's personal belongings, or property caused by water leakage due to our company's products, parts, or employee procedures.
Contracts are one-year rental contracts.
Discounts are available if you use two or more rental items together. (For example, a 100฿ discount if you use two items, and a 200฿ discount if you use three items)

Sales

Warranty period of 1 year. (All damages are covered except for intentional damage by the customer)
In the case of purchase of a unit, an installation fee of 500฿ will be charged. (Only in Bangkok)
In addition to the price of the main unit, a filter replacement fee (optional) will be charged separately.
We charge 500฿ for removal and reinstallation fee when you move.
