Renting a Water Purifier

• From contract to cancellation, there are no charges other than the rental fee. (There are no installation fees, deposits, or cancellation charges)
• A staff member who can speak English will explain the product when you sign your contract and also contact you to notify you of filter replacement. The staff that come to your home for filter replacement are generally a team of two, one of whom can speak English. If you have any questions, you will be able to ask them in English.
• We will visit you regularly to change the filter, check the product and water, and collect payment. (ROB-500G every 4 months, RO-SE 500G and ROA-600G every 6 months)
• It is possible to replace the filter yourself and pay by bank transfer.
• Rental customers are entitled to 100% compensation by our company for any damage to the rented product, the customer's personal belongings, or property caused by water leakage due to our company's products, parts, or employee procedures.
• Contracts are one-year rental contracts.
• Discounts are available if you use two or more rental items together. (For example, a 100฿ discount if you use two items, and a 200฿ discount if you use three items)

Sales

• Warranty period of 1 year. (All damages are covered except for intentional damage by the customer)
• In the case of purchase of a unit, an installation fee of 500฿ will be charged. (Only in Bangkok)
• In addition to the price of the main unit, a filter replacement fee (optional) will be charged separately.
• We charge 500฿ for removal and reinstallation of the water purifier when you move.
