From contract to cancellation, there are no charges other than the rental fee.
A staff member who can speak English will explain the product when you sign your contract and also contact you to notify you of filter replacement. The staff that come to your home for filter replacement are generally a team of two, one of whom can speak English. If you have any questions, you will be able to ask them in English.
Rental customers are entitled to 100 % compensation by our company for any damage to the rented product, the customer's personal belongings, or property caused by water leakage due to our company's products, parts, or employee procedures.
Contracts are one-year rental contracts.
Discounts are available if you use two or more rental items together. (For example, a 100฿ discount if you use two items, and a 200฿ discount if you use three items)
